Basic Income BC created brochures, handouts, and door hangers you can use to support your BIG advocacy during the 2025 Federal Election Campaign. We vote on April 28, 2025. Here are some tools you can use to advocate for a basic income:

A BIG Brochure: (printed both sides on 11 x 8.5″paper (horizontal), folded in half). Do not print double-sided. Print the first page, put the printed paper back into the printer and then print the other side. Print a single copy to make sure the orientation of the two printed pages is correct when you fold the paper in half, before printing multiple copies.

A BIG Door Hanger: (4.25″ x 11″ printed 1-sided on 8 1/2″ x 11″ paper). If you are not home, place this hanger on your front door. It tells the candidate that voters in this household intend to vote for basic income, and asks them if they support a basic income guarantee. They can write their answer on the hanger to let you know their views on basic income.

BIG Questions for the candidate: (4.25″ x 11″ printed 1-sided on 8 1/2″ x 11″ paper). If you are home and answer the door, here are some quick questions to ask the candidate to hear their views on basic income.

Logos for Basic Income Now: Canada’s basic income movement created logos you can use to produce your own printed materials and merchandize. The logos are open source, so you can use them free-of-charge when designing printed or digital materials, and you can sell the merchandize you produce to support your advocacy efforts.
